Roon cannot find my nucleus+

Roon cannot find my nucleus+. I tried rebooting the Nucleus and no difference. Network is working fine. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I cannot access the nucleus through it’s IP address either

I have this same issue and I also bought my Nucleus+ from Roon directly in December 2022

Hey @jay_Waxenberg,

Sorry to hear you’ve hit a snag with your Nucleus! A good next step here is to plug the Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI and see what shows up on the screen. Give it a hard reboot as well, leaving it unplugged for a few minutes before powering back on.

If you could share a screenshot of what you see on your monitor, that would be helpful!

I ended up rebooting three times and then it connected and has worked fine since then. Left it playing for hours and all is well.
