Roon cannot locate the Nucleus Roon Core

Hello all,
I did some kind of silly thing trying to configure ARC. Now Roon cannot locate the Nucleus Roon Core. I tried to make a connection via USB Adapter that theoretically the connection would normally be with DHCP so that I have access to Nucleus and then reconfigure the physical ethernet port. I don’t know what else to do, I can’t find the Nucleus either through the physical ethernet or the USB adapter. In Brazil where I live, I don’t have any support for Nucleus hardware and I can’t know if my Nucleus died or not. If anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you very much
