Roon cannot login Tidal

Description Of Issue

Roon automatically logged me out from my Tidal account, and cannot log back in from ROON ever since. Tried to login Tidal from Tidal APP and webpage, has no problem with user credentials. Please help!

Hi @Karen_Zhang,

Often times a reboot will resolve this type of issue. Can you try giving your Core a reboot and let us know if that resolves things?
