Description Of Issue

Started Roon 3 days ago and nothing would play. Roon not responding when press play on track. Like cannot load. Sometimes load and play for 2 minutes then stutters and stops. Lost audio device message. ReBooted and ReStarted Core several times. Logged out and back in to Tidal. Roon will not play NAS Tracks, or Tidal. Track shows in the interface but will not play or if play after many attempts, NAS Track, or Tidal stops after about 2 minutes and gets a “Roon lost audio device” message.

Grateful for any assistance.
Kind regards

Hey @Lim_Chee_Kiang, sorry we couldn’t get back to you sooner! Are you still running in to this problem? If you are, try playing to System Output as a test and let me know if the issue persists, then we’ll take it from there.
