Try and restart your Roon Core and then see if you can log in to Tidal.

As suggested by Greg, definitely give your Core a reboot and let us know how it goes. Often times a reboot will resolve this type of behavior.
Rebooted the core and logged on to tidal again, can’t understand why it lost the account settings and then refused to let me log back in before.
