Tell us what's going on

· I installed macOS 27, (just updated to 27.0.1) and I applied the provided fix but I can't reach any of my Sonos speakers on my network. The Sonos server and application are is still working but Roon can't see the devices.

Tell us about your home network

· Unifi router, Roon core is wired, Sonos speakers are wireless (5ghz)

Hi @qirex,

Thank you for your post. Diagnostics for your account indicate that Roon last saw three Sonos speakers three days ago.

Let’s first perform some due diligence.

  1. Hardwire at least one of the Sonos devices to enable SonosNET, which will help Sonos device announcements travel across this network

  2. Ensure that Local Network access is toggled for Roon in your System Settings under Privacy & Security, even if you’ve already applied the fix we recommend in Help Center articles.

  3. Prompt a device discovery cycle in Roon by clicking the refresh button in Settings → Audio

Are these Sonos devices visible via Airplay in Roon, or are they missing in all protocols? Are they visible in other audio or video software?

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!
