Roon can't find Denon receiver after backup and restore

I can’t seem to figure out how to get Roon to see it so i can add it back.

Hi @Adam_Crafton — Thank you for the report and sorry to hear of the troubles.

Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior may I very kindly ask you for the following:

  • A brief but accurate description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

  • Please confirm the exact model of Denon receiver that is displaying this behavior.

  • Are able to use the receiver outside of Roon without issue from the same device hosting your Roon croe?

  • Since noticing this behavior have you tried…

    • Power cycling any networking hardware that is relevant to your setup (i.e router, switches, etc)?

    • Doing a factory reset on the receiver?
