Describe the issue

Roon can't find my Roon Server. Using iPad Mini3. Ethernet enabled, all devices powered up. Have Roon on Sonore Signature Rendu SE with updated software. Both Sonicorbiter and Signature Rendu SE show up on iPad in Safari browser. When Roon icon on iPad is touched "Looking for Roon Server" with moving magnifying glass appears and never finds it. This began last month after latest download of Roon software. Also clicking on "Configure Roon OS devices" does not work, nor does entering IP address. As Leilu said in Corbin Dallas' cab after entering from above: "Please Help"!

Describe your network setup

AT&T router model BGW210, Netgear Ethernet wall plug ins (uses house hard wires for Ethernet connection). Apple iPad Mini3.

Hello @jmb451,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on what you have described, the Roon Server is running on your Sonore Signature Rendu SE — this is a third-party device, and unfortunately we are unable to pull diagnostics or access the server directly from our end.

Since both the Sonicorbiter and the Signature Rendu SE are visible in Safari but Roon cannot find the server, we would recommend contacting Sonore support directly. They will be able to check the Roon Server process on the device and determine whether something changed after the recent software update on their end.
