Please do not close your account. There is nothing wrong with it, and closing it would not fix this. You would only lose your subscription and your settings.
Two different things have got mixed together here. Let us take them one at a time.
1. The empty library on the Nucleus One. When you plug in a new server, it starts with an empty library. That is normal and not a fault. Your music and playlists were still on the old Intel NUC. Since you have gone back to that NUC, they should still be there once we can see the server again, so you do not need a backup to recover them.
Moving a library from one server to another is a separate job, and there is a guide for it here. Please do not start it yet, we should fix the network first:
2. Roon cannot find the server. This is the real problem, and it is on your network.
You have a Matrix SS1Pro switch. Roon finds your server by sending a special type of network message, and some switches block that type of message. That would explain why neither the new Nucleus One nor the old Intel NUC can be found. The server is working, your app simply cannot see it.
Our networking guide covers this, in particular the section on managed switches:
Please try this. It is one cable change.
Connect your Roon server directly to the Polsat Plus router with a network cable, so the Matrix switch is not used at all. Also connect the phone or computer you use for Roon to the same router, or to its Wi-Fi. Then switch the server off and on again, and open Roon.
If Roon finds the server this way, the Matrix switch is the cause and we will tell you what to change in it.
Please also answer two questions:
Did you add the Matrix SS1Pro switch to your network at around the same time as the Nucleus One?
Is the Intel NUC or the Nucleus One connected right now, and which one do you want to keep using?
Once Roon can see your server again, we will help you set up backups. You do not need any extra software, it is built into Roon:
thx for your reply i connected the ethernet cable from the nucleus and the cable from the streamer into the polsat Reuter all i got the message that the nucleus is not online ibefore this problem is used the matrix already for a long time my intention to use the nucleus instead of the intel nuc please help me

@Dirk_Mientjes, please reply in the topic rather than starting a new discussion. Likewise, please check for text before posting. Thank you.
Thank you for testing that, and one thing you said is important: you have had the Matrix switch for a long time, before this problem started. That makes the switch much less likely to be the cause, so we should stop looking at it and look at the Nucleus One itself.
Please do two things for us.
1. Connect the Nucleus One to your television.
Please use an HDMI cable from the Nucleus One to your TV, set the TV to that HDMI input, then switch the Nucleus on. After about a minute the screen will show a few lines of text, and one of them is an IP address. Please take a photo of that screen with your phone and post it here.
That screen tells us straight away whether the Nucleus is running and whether your router has given it an address. If there is no address at all, or if it begins with 169.254, then the Nucleus is not getting onto your network, and that is a different problem from Roon not finding it.
2. Please photograph your cables.
Please take two photos:
the back of the Polsat router, so we can see which cables are plugged into it
the back of the Nucleus One, so we can see the network cable and the power
One question: is the Intel NUC switched off right now, or is it still running? Please switch it off completely while we work on the Nucleus, so that only one server is on your network.
With the photo of the TV screen and the two cable photos, we will know where the problem is.
Checking in to see how things are going. Were you able to connect the Nucleus One to your TV with HDMI, grab a photo of the startup screen showing the IP address, and send us the two cable photos from the back of the Polsat router and the Nucleus? We also asked about the Intel NUC, so if it is still powered on, please switch it off completely while we focus on the Nucleus, and let us know what you find.
