Roon cant find UltraRendu [Correct - when the DAC is not connected]

I would like publish my solution to the above topic.

My problem was solved when the UltraRendu could “see” the DAC.

I had changed out my USB/SPDIF convertor and didn’t realize the “new” one wasn’t functioning properly. And as a result the DAC and UltraRendu was not connected.

If the UltrRendu isn’t properly connected to the DAC then it wont show up on the network.

Correct. If the DAC doesn’t see the ultraRendu then Roon will not see it either. This is a we’ll know item.
