Description of Issue

I have a Cambridge CXN v2 connected via wi-fi and a Naim Atom Uniti wired to the ethernet via a Mesh device. The Roon Core is connected directly to the network via ethernet cable (without going through the Mesh device). Roon sees the CXN v2 device, but not the Naim Atom.

@Jorge_Larangeira, welcome to the Community. Can you please provide additional information on your network, such as is the TP-Link AC1300 your only router or does your ISP also have a router installed in your network? If you look at the administration page of your TP-Link router, do your Mac Core, CXN V2, and Uniti show as being connected, and if so, what are their IP addresses?

Hey @Jorge_Larangeira,

It’s been quite some time since you reported this issue — we are terribly sorry we haven’t had the chance to get back to you until today. Thanks go to @Robert_F for following up right away asking all the right questions.

I was wondering, is your Roon Core still not seeing the device? If not, would you please answer the additional questions above?

Hi Beka,

The problem has been resolved.

The issue seems to have been with my wired network going through a WiFi mesh router. That router may have been blocking Roon. Once I reconfigured the router, the device became visible on Roon.

Thanks for following up.

regards,
Jorge
