It appears that neither of roon’s metadata sources lists this release. (I find no entry at all for Protean Quartet at allmusic and while musicbrainz has an entry for the quartet it has no releases.) Thus there is no source for roon to use to identify it. For the record, discogs doesn’t seem to know about Protean either. Of course roon doesn’t need to identify the album to play it. You can help others by entering the metadata you have at musicbrainz.
