Roon regularly seems to not be able to load a playlist from Qobuz. The most recent one is titled "if you like ... Neil Young". When I go into my Qobuz app directly, it shows and I can play it fine, yet as said, through Roon, I can select it, it just does not load. I'm running Roon on an Antipodes EX streamer, ethernet cable connected. Roon interface on macbook pro. Many playlists from Qobuz do load OK and without issue. Just some don't and I cannot find the logic why some do and others don't.

Router provided by internet provider 'Proximus' (in Belgium, Brussels), with a tp-linker RE450 extender. ethernet cable from this extender to Antipodes EX
Thanks for reaching out with you report. Can you please reproduce the issue and let us know the exact local time + date + playlist name when you next observe this behavior? We’ll enable diagnostics to see if logs have further clues.
Hi there, thanks for the initial follow up. I’ve just replicated the issue, I’m based in Brussels, Belgium. Local time 09.34 am, November 18th 2025. Playlist name: “If you like… Neil Young”. screenshots attached. showing both the appearance on qobuz playlist and date/ time (in right top corner) and the result when I select it in roon. This ‘loading’ continues indefinitely. It does not crash Roon and I can return to Qobuz or select any other section in Roon.
