Roon skipping tracks after being idle. Tracks keep skipping without displaying any error message. Restart of the remote fixes the problem. This is happening since last update. Se attached screen recording that describes the issue.
Have you rebooted everything including the network equipment outward?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Before we proceed, I first want to confirm: are you still experiencing this issue? I saw you recently reported similar symptoms had resolved in another thread.
I wanted to reach out because I’ve been keeping an eye on our servers, waiting for diagnostics from the affected Remote device to arrive for our team to inspect.
So we can move forward, I was hoping for now you could use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link.
The team will try to pin down what’s causing the hanging.
