Roon can't see external hard drive

7000 albums (Cannot recall how many tracks now since Roon can’t show the full library)

Description of Issue

I’ve just migrate the core to a different machine and Roon won’t recognize one of the external hard drives I have my files in.

I also browsed this community for solutions but I couldn’t find any.
I have my library in two external hard drives and both are formatted the same way. They were the library in my former computer but in the Mac Pro one of them won’t work.
Both drives works fine in MacOS.

Hey @Ramhead,

Thanks for your patience while we work through each thread. Following up on your issue, would you be able to run through the process of attempting to add both drives to Roon, and then use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.

If you could include the date and time when you attempt to add the drives in Roon, that would be helpful information as well

Thank you Benjamin. It took too long for support to reply considering it’s a subscription based app. And not a cheap one.
