Description of Issue

Since about 6 months ago Roon will not see my Microrendus. This corresponds roughly to the time when I updated software with the update that was supposed to let me control Roon via a locked iPhone. Anyway, I can still access my back up streamers on both systems (Chromecast Audio) but not my preferred method of accessing Roon which is my Microrendus.

I contacted Sonore and purchased new micro SD cards with their latest software update and installed them. I rebooted my network and all devices including DACs. Nothing has helped.

This is very frustrating. Please help!!

I’m very sorry that we weren’t around when you needed our help. It is not hard to imagine that after so much time and investment, it’d be frustrating not to have your Microrendus usable with Roon.
