Roon cant see my streaming device (SOTM SMS 200)

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Roon installed on my PC.

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
SOTM Streamer connected to my modem via an ethernet cable.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
Dear Support,
Roon cannot see my steaming device at all (a SOTM 200 streamer). The streamer appears to be working ok, I can activate it/make it Roon ready via the Eunhasu music player web-page. The SOTM is shown as being connected to the router/modem.

However Roon does not see it. I have gone into settings then audio and refreshed but this has no effect. Roon only sees: “System Output” , “Conexant Smart Audio HD WASAPI” and “SOTM-USB Audio ASIO Driver”

If I click “enable” on the SOTM Driver it says “initialization failed”

I don’t know what else to do and would appreciate your help.

Maybe hard reset the SOTM en reinstall Roon Core

Make sure there’s a DAC plugged into the SOTM and turned on

Hi @matthew_barnes,

Were you able to resolve this issue? As others have mentioned, the SOtM zone only appears when there is an active DAC connected to it.
