I have my Roon core on a MacBook Air.
I have two Bluesound Plex connected via wifi and a NAD 368 with NAD mdc blues 2i connected with cable.
My problem is this: when I play music using my Bluesound app on my iPhone or iPad everything looks as it should. All three devices are connected to Bluesound app.
Using the Roon app my Nad does not show up under settings/audio/“Roon Ready”.
It only shows as “other connected devices”.
This means I can still stream music, but only via Airplay.
How do I solve this?

I tested this setup (C368 with card) without problems, also have C658 and it works flawless. So, first of all can you check firmware / upgrade firmware on NAD? They do some modifications (newest version) with Roon comp. Also you can restart core - sometimes I have similar problem… many devices testing, some of them not show (streamers, DACs always work).
Can you remove the Plex? The BluOs card should be able to connect to your WiFi directly. I had the C388 with the BluOs card and it worked fine as a Roon Ready device.
