Description of Issue

Hello all–

For about a year, maybe, we’ve run Roon off of the above Laptop. However, yesterday (two days early, yay!) our Nucleus came. I had some issues setting it up (because I was having trouble getting the backup over to it, but it all worked out and it wasn’t the Nucleus’s issue) but it works great now.

Anyway, the issue is that Roon keeps crashing on my Laptop. This was among the reasons we wanted a Nucleus. I leave Roon open on the machine but let it fall to sleep. When I wake up the computer either the OS has crashed or, most of the time, Roon has crashed and there is an error report.

I thought that by renaming the database on the machine and just using it as a controller it would solve the problem but it didn’t – Roon had crashed again when I woke my computer up today.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Deinstall and reinstall, might help.
