Roon claim MQA playback at 88.2/96Khz on 48Khz hardware

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
MacBook Pro (13", 2017, Two Thundebolt 3 ports) with two externa USB drives with some 140K tracks. (8Gb ram, Core i5 DualCore, 4thread 2.3Ghz)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
No network, other than a shared Internet connection from my iPhone

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Internal audio in MacBook Pro

Description Of Issue
The signal path claims I’m playing back MQA material att 88.2/96Khz while the hardware in the MacBook Pro is limited to 48Khz afaik.

I think that shows downsampling in the first two cases to 48/44.1 and authenticated but not decoded mqa (ie still 48) in the third…

… unless I’m miss-reading it?

Perhaps you’re right, it looks different when the Core is upsampling?

And this on a Sonos zone…

Interestingly the config for the Sonos doesn’t show the option to enable the mqa core decoder.
