Hello @ilondres,

Welcome to the Roon community! I am sorry to hear your trial is off to a bumpy start.

When you move a laptop between two very different network environments (like an office network and a home mesh network), Roon can get confused and hang on the loading screen because it is stubbornly holding onto the old network’s configuration data.

To fix this, we need to completely clear out Roon’s cached app data on your Windows laptop so it can start fresh on your home network.

How to perform a clean reinstall

  1. Uninstall Roon from your Windows Settings > Apps menu.
  2. Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the “Run” dialog box.
  3. Type %localappdata% and press Enter. This will open a hidden system folder.
  4. Scroll through this folder and delete any folders named Roon, RoonServer, RAATServer, or RoonGoer.
  5. Empty your computer’s Recycle Bin.
  6. Download and install a fresh copy of the Roon app from the Roon website.

Would you let me know if clearing out that old app data allows Roon to successfully boot up and find your home network?
