Roon connects but does not access my library

Description of Issue

The Roon App opens and tells me that there is an error loading saved page. ‘My Albums’ tells me it has 0 of 1404 albums. The thumbnail images are blank. An album I played a week ago appears at the bottom of the screen but does not respond to commands.

I have not been able to use Roon for a week and I have spent a great deal of time failing to get it to work.

Can you identify the problem and a remedy, please.

I am dismayed we’ve missed your post for this long. Please, accept my deepest apologies :pleading_face:

While you might have tried this, rebooting your Nucleus might help. Would you please turn off the Nucleus, unplug it for a few minutes, plug it back in and turn it on.
