The Control4 driver is platform agnostic, so there’s likely a unique networking condition present for the Android device that the other devices in your network don’t share.
Please verify that your Roon devices are on a single VLAN/subnet and that you have multicast forwarding activated in any of your router settings.
What is the specific Android device with which you’re having issues?
Do you have a second Roon account tied to a different email account? Our diagnostic servers indicate that the Roon account from which you’re currently writing has expired.
The clients phone isn’t working but what’s even more concerning is the Control4 Halo remote doesn’t allow you to select Roon. Once it’s selected you can control it but you can’t select it unless it’s from an Apple device.
I am a dealer this is for a client of ours so its under his personal Roon account, I’m just trying to get it to work with his Control4 system.
