What NAS are you using?

Hi @K_H_Tao,

Is this NAS accessed via network share? If so, please confirm whether you have it hardwired (ethernet) or connected via WiFi. If it’s the latter, I recommend testing with an ethernet connection.

Otherwise, the team would be happy to review your storage settings, if you’d share a screenshot of the relevant Watched Folders under Roon → Settings → Storage.
