Roon Core in Nadac Cant Connect to Remotes

I have all devices wired connected, but unfortunately I cant connect Ipad as a Remote. I follow the troubleshooting steps, but in my “settings” tab, the “accept connections from remotes” icon does not appear. Is there anybody can help me?
Many thanks,
Daniel

Hi @Daniel_Almeida_Prado,

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Are other remotes able to connect to this Core?

Thank you very much Dylan.

I solved the problem. The Nadac was connected to a HP switch. That switch distribute ethernet cables to others devices such as cpu, tv, bluray and an tplink router.

When I connect the Nadac directly to the router, both Roon Remote and Nadac controler starts to work in my iPad. So, should be some incompatibility between Nadac and the HP Switch.

Is there some way to fix this, using the HP switch?
Many thanks

Hi @Daniel_Almeida_Prado,

What is the model of the HP switch? Is it a managed switch? If so, managed switches often times require some additional setup, as noted in our Networking Guide.
