when i install roon core in win11，roon arc no work. It show roon core ip 127.0.0.1 How to fix it?

This indicates that the loopback ethernet interface has been assigned as the RoonServer IP address. Are you using a VPN with Roon, or have you added custom configuration to the network interface on this Windows machine? I would double-check your DHCP settings on this network and machine outside of Roon.
The simplest step would be to restart RoonServer and see if it grabs the correct IP address instead.
Take note that if you rely on Tailscale to reach ARC, you can disregard the port forwarding settings page entirely.
