Roon core machine

I currently have about 120TB of music files stored in three NAS.The current roon core is Nucleus+. Faced with so many huge files, it is simply incompetent for NUC.Roon has brought me a very bad experience. Please recommend a roon core machine that can manage music files above 200TB

I have a NUC8I7BEH/Rock with 16gb ram that works very well for my much smaller library. If I were to upgrade I would be looking at the exaSound Delta server with i9 cpu and 32 Gb ram.

Most powerful processor you can afford that is supported by Roon and Ram… Lots of Ram to handle that ginormous library.

Thank you for your suggestion, exaSound Delta server is currently not sold in China

Are these all FLAC and mostly CD rips? Including rips of my SACDs and HDtracks purchases in the mix, the average album size in my local library is 590 MB. Scaling that up to 200 TB works out to 340k albums or between 3.5 and 4 million tracks. Yikes!

From the help article, I get the sense that libraries much over 250k tracks are not a common use case for Roon.

It looks like Nucleus or a Core i3 are fine up to 100k tracks and Nucleus+ or Core i7 (possibly with RAM maxed out to 32 GB) are indicated for up to 250k tracks. Beyond that, you are looking at having to build a custom solution.

There is only a small part of the ripped files, most of which are purchased music files
