Networking Gear & Setup Details

Hi,
I haven’t used Roon for a couple of weeks and tried to play some music today and can’t seem to access the system. Here’s a screenshot of the error. Password and UN used are correct, and the system is connected to the internet as I can see it on my network and there are no other accessibility issues with other units eg phones etc:

Any ideas on the issue?

Please close thread as resolved by swapping and reswapping cores.

I have closed the thread. I also removed the second image as it had your email address open for all to see.
