Roon Core not found after internet outage with Roon Nucleus (ref#5IJ1WH)

Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Describe the issue

Everything was ok until the internet went out. When it came back on it couldn’t find the Roon server. I unplugged and disconnected everything but it still won’t “see” the Roon nucleus. I’m out of ideas. It worked fine for the past two years

Thanks for writing in! It looks like your Nucleus is communicating with our servers, which is a good sign! Can you pull up your router settings > devices list, and see if your Nucleus is on the same local network subnet as your other remote devices?
