Roon Core not working after update

Mac OS Catalina version 10.15.3

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Apple router version 7.8.1.

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Auralic Aries G2 streame.

Within seconds of clicking on “Roon updates” the core stopped working, all I have is “Choose your Roon Core” on my screen. The update has caused the core to crash/ freeze?

I opened a second Roon account last night (free for 14 days) using a different email and different credit card, it works fine. Seeing the 2nd Roon account works, it’s the update that caused the problem.

How do I resolve this issue?

What happens if you choose Find my Roon core?

Nothing, I exhausted each avenue yesterday. The update caused the problem, it must have changed a setting.

As I stated, I setup a 2nd Roon account on my other MacBook, its working fine streaming Tidal music. I’m not paying for two accounts but I do need Roon tech people to resolve this.

Select Use this Mac, then Unauthorize
