Has anyone used the new MBPs with either the M1 Pro or M1 Max chip as their Roon core?
How well does it work. Does the extra oomph do anything for Roon.
I know it will be faster for my photography but am still holding back from buying.
They haven’t shipped to normal customers yet. Shipping starts tomorrow and they are in demand and short supply so will likely be a while. An MBP is probably not the most cost efficient core platform, lot’s of other great choices out there. The base 14" MBP model starts at $1999.
Hi-have only ever used MBP for my core. The new chip ones are available to have now. I was just wondering if anyone had used one yet for the Core.
