Description of Issue

Roon remote application on mac pro crashed as I choosed using file imformation (in Identify Album functionality) for a local file album cause an incorrect album info has been linked to the local file.
Roon remote works well if connecting other roon core, but always crashes with previous Nucleus.
I have tried to restart roon core server on Nucleus and Nuclesus, but not works. The only way is reseting Roon Database & Setting via web administration interface, but the cost is big, losing all playlists and tags, and need to do much configuration work again.

The problem makes me crazy, any can help? Thanks a lot!

The issue has been fixed.

I have connected roon core with my iphone, and it works. Then I have tried it again with roon remote on my mac pro and the issue has gone.

The approach may be useful for fixing crash issue caused by other types reason.
