Roon (Core?) on Windows - how to minimize/close to icon not close the core

I use roon on windows as both a local player and as a core for other devices in my house.

When I minimize or “close”, I want it to just minimize to the icon bar on the right - same as how things like steam or discord do.

I want it to still run in the background, just not have an active main window. Usually it’s pretty easy to find an option in most apps to set this, but I can’t find anything in roon.

Thank you.

Does not exist. You can run RoonServer in the tray and just run Roon in remote mode.

Then close Roon and leave RoonServer in the tray.

But you have to scroll down, even though it sort of looks like you can’t (there is a subtle down carat yes)

Thank you.

It is much better to install and run the Roon Server in the background mode, and then you can run a Roon Remote either on your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, laptop).
