Roon core OS setup has been wiped out

I am so sorry that we’re only getting a chance to reply today. Please, accept my apologies for the delay :pleading_face:

If this issue is still ongoing, I was wondering if you could please try this:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Restart/Reinstall the Roon App to generate a new Roon folder
  • (Optional) Restore Roon from a backup at least a week before this issue started (please know that all your data about how you use Roon will be lost if you do not perform this step).
