Roon Core Server hardware use

Dear Support,

Just interested in knowing if Roon server core actually utilises all the cores of a CPU and would it be a good use of resources to install a processor with more than say 4 cores for the additional processing capability it might bring.

Roon uses a single core most of the time but will use more for audio analysis and for heavy DSD conversion.
Four will be enough unless you are streaming to many zones with heavy DSP and/or DSD upsampling.
