I did some quick tests as @anon60681764 did with the new 1.6 release.
I made the same observations. I was able to get the Roon lost control… message after a lot of jumps (forward & backward), but no Core reboot needed anymore. Playback restart on the next track when hitting the play button.
Moreover, seeking in time takes still a long time (1 or 2 seconds) before playback resumes at the new point.
Tonight, accidentally, I encountered the problem with just two small jumps (forward than backward).
However, this time, the Roon lost control… message wasn’t displayed, and it was impossible to recover playback before shutting down and restarting the LS50W…
