same issue.

Hi,

The Roon @support team prefer one topic per customer’s issue… so they are able to track it and focus on each individual problem. hence I split out your topic.

In order for Roon’s @support team to better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Is there any change after a reboot of the Core machine?

Roon Server is on wired Intel NUC with 8gb Ram - no change after reboot, also did a re-install. All wifi devices show the same status - Initializing.

Thanks for the update, @Jeff_Maples.

Would you kindly use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link?

Thanks, @Jeff_Maples — The team is taking a look at the logs now and I’ll be sure to follow up soon.

Hi @Jeff_Maples,

We’ve posted another update here:

This should be resolved now. You might need to restart your Core and restart Roon on your remote devices, but after that things should be working for you. If you’re still running into any issues please let us know!

working! thanks.
