Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon app in the taskbar or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Please select how you've connected your Roon Server to the internet

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Sometimes the issues can be resolved with a reinstall of your Roon Remote app. Let's try to perform a reinstall and see if it helps.

Thank you for your post. We’ve requested diagnostic from the affected ROCK and iOS instance to take a closer look.

In the meantime, can you please share the following to expedite our investigation?

1. A screenshot of the RoonOS web administration page for this ROCK.

2. A basic description of the topology for the mesh network you mentioned. Where are the ROCK and iPhone connecting relative to the main router and to one another? How many mesh nodes or managed switches are in between, and how much of the network chain relies on WiFi?

Please also share any VPNs or additional network interfaces you might be using on the ROCK.
