Any help appreciated!!

It seems that .Net Version 4.0 is what is causing the crash.

You could try updating .Net to a newer version via Windows Update or direct download from Microsoft.
You can go up to version 4.6.2 on Windows 7, 8, and 10 and 4.6 with Vista.

As far as the Roon version, this is throwing me a curve - 1.0.0.0
I have no knowledge as to whether it should state 1.2 or not.
Someone here would know much more about this than me. It seems that both might need updating.

BTW, if you go direct download, it appears that you are also running a 64 bit version of Windows. Windows Update would give you the correct version needed.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Dubois, I will look into that later today and let you know!
