Description of Issue
Roon can be launched, but after a few second of showing the top page, it crashes. It could be a cause that I changed a file name of a music track while it is being played.

You could test this theory by copying (copy not move) the track to a holding place and then deleting it from within Roon.

Thanks, xxx!
But, as it crashed suddenly, I don’t remember which one was the one being modified…

Hi @Kroon ,
Can you please use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link (or any other file sharing service)? Thanks!

@dylan
I need to use Roon. Quite unhappy to be left with no response for a week.

Hi @Kroon , can you try this:
Navigate to your Roon Core’s database location and go to Database > Core > [CORE ID]
and then delete the Transport
folder.
For example, here is where mine is found:
C:\Users\Dylan\AppData\Local\Roon\Database\Core\88ebbe68008545b49c36c1f0c7763e30\transport
