Roon crashes and exists 20 seconds after loading

I upgraded to the latest Roon version a few minutes ago.
Since then, Roon crashes a few seconds after it loads, every time.

  1. A roon core sits on an office computer and the front-end is in the living room, a TotalDac streamer.

  2. Yesterday everything was fine. It WAS fine for a few years.

  3. CPU: i7-3770T, Windows 10.0.19041, Build 19041. 8GB Ram.

Have you checked to see if you have the 20H2 update waiting to happen. Sometimes when there is a pending update, things can act “weird”.
