I have tried a clean re-install and a system restore to no end. Pls help

What version of Windows are you using? Has Roon run successfully on this machine?

I have windows 11 home and it has run before with no issues. I transfer the core to a surface laptop and then back to the HP. When transferred back to HP, that’s when the problems started.

Do you mean you switched cores by deauthorising one and authorising the other? Or did you transfer (copy) files?

sorry for not being clear, I switched cores by deauthorizing one and authorizing the other.

Hey @Deryk_Espina,

Thanks for taking the time to write in, I wanted to check in on the status of your issue. Are you still experiencing Roon crashing at startup on your windows core?

If you’re still running into issues, please get a timestamp (date, time) of the next time this crash happens. With that, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.

From there, we can enable diagnostics on your account and take a deeper look into what might be going on.

I’ll be monitoring this thread for your reply :notes:
