Roon crashes on my MacBook Pro

Hi,

I am trying to run Roon on my mid-2010 MacBook Pro but it is always crashing. I have 8GB of memory on this computer, so I thought it would be good enough to run Roon.

As far as I can tell, I don’t receive any specific error message; the application only crashes. It could work for one hour without crashing, but most of the time it is crashing after a few minutes.

I could also run Roon on my newer MacBook Pro, but I would prefer to do it with my old one.

It sounds like the Core 2 Duo in the old MacBook is struggling. The reccomended hardware is i5 Ivy Bridge and up.

I still have to find how we do that, but I will change the core to my newer MacBook Pro and see if it is still crashing.
