Hi @Klas_Eckerberg,

Welcome to the forum!

What happens immediately before the crash? Are you accessing one specific page / tab in Roon and then the issue happens? Does the issue still occur even on our latest build (released earlier today)?

It usually happens when Roon is running but I’m not using it. I think it only happened once when I was. It is simply gone when I want to play something.

I just installed build 571; will see if this helps.

Roon just crashed after updating to Build 571. Same error message från mcaOS.

Hi @Klas_Eckerberg,

Can you please let me know the exact local time + date of the next crash and provide a copy of your crash report and Roon logs? You can access Roon logs by using these instructions and please upload both to Dropbox / Google Drive and provide a link here, thanks!

A post was split to a new topic: Roon on iMac crashing

The last crash was yesterday morning, 7.06 Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC +2 (I live in Sweden). I wasn’t using Roon at the time.

Here is a link to the Roon log files and the Mac crash report.

Hi @Klas_Eckerberg,

Thanks for sending those logs over, I have forwarded them to our QA team (please leave uploaded for time being though).

Once QA has completed their review of the logs, we will reach out once more. Thanks for your patience while the review is in progress!
