Roon crashing on Windows 8.1 causing PC to reboot

Hi,
I’m using Roon on a Windows 8.1 machine. My music files are stored on a NAS and connected via wired LAN.

Roon keeps causing my PC to crash and analyzing of files appears to be the issue.

I started out with 24,203 files to analyze and my PC rebooted at 24144. Then it rebooted at 24140, 24137, 24056 and 23074. At this rate, it will take forever to get the files analyzed. I have now had Roon running continuously for 20 minutes with the file analyze off, so it appears that this is what is causing the PC to crash.

The other issue I am having is the “Overview” page is not coming up…it just shows the Roon logo. I can click on every other choice under “browse” and “collection” and the items come up (no blank screen.)

Thanks.

Chris
