Hello, I created a playlist with Roon, but I can´t find it on Tidal app. As I can see all my Tidal playlists on Roon, my question is: doesn’t it works the other way around?
Have you saved it as as a Tidal playlist?
If it’s saved in Roon only it will only show up in Roon. Away from Roon atm so can’t post screenshot, but you can copy a Roon playlist over to the Tidal section in the playlist menu.

See screenshot, whatever you save in Tidal will be synced both ways
If you want to move/copy a playlist over, you can do so like this. Go into the folder and press the … on the playlist you want to move or copy.
Then click on Tidal icon, and click move here
When its saved in Tidal then it will be synced both ways.
My understanding and my own experience is that playlists created inside Tidal will appear in Roon but playlists created in Roon will not appear in Tidal (even if they are Tidal tracks).
