Roon "cuts" short songs in a playlist and starts the next!

This has been going on for very long: I usually play playlists from my collection of records or Tidal. I always hoped that the “new” update will correct the issue. But following the recent update I sat to listen and AGAIN the same issue.
Any ideas? please!!!

Thank you very much. My system is really simple. I have an old pc which has the Roon software. It is dedicated. Then I have my smartphone through which I choose what to play in my Sonos speakers.
That s all.

And how is everything connected? Ethernet, wifi?

Roon server is connected via ethernet. The rest via wifi. Thank you

Is there any message? Does Roon say that it „lost control“ of the device?

No nothing. It just jumbs to the next track.

Does the same problem happen when you enable the System Output to the PC in Roon > Settings > Audio and play to this output instead of the Sonos?

I have no idea. I have not done it. I will give it a go and let you know.
