Can you please help me? I have three corrupted albums in my Roon database (input from a Synology 218 NAS DMS) and I have tried for hours to get rid of them. Two appear to point to folders that are no longer in the NAS. The third just spins and spins and I cannot tell what is going on with it. Failed efforts include:

IN NAS:

Emptying trash in NAS.

Recreating the folders and files back and uploading them to Roon

Reindexing

IN ROON:

Forced rescans

Library cleanup

Deleting the albums in Roon

Merging the albums

Identify album

Fix track grouping
Hide album
Rescan album
Re-identify album
Edit tracks
Everything under your edit metadata

None of these commands work on these albums

Hi @David_Zweig,
Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. I’ve opened a ticket with our development team to start investigating as this is something I have never seen before with Roon. I cannot offer any exact timeline but please rest assured that the investigation is in progress.
