Describe the issue

Roon database showing tracks and albums, when clicked on says it can't find them. This is a new problem on a 6-7 year old system. Roon is on Intel NUC Intel SSD running optimized core kits

Describe your network setup

Unifi network, switches etc

Where are the files stored? Check in Settings/Storage and look at the status of your storage locations.

If these are tracks from a streaming service, check in settings/services to make sure you are still logged into the streaming service (might want to log out then back in to refresh it?). Then check the streaming service through its app top see if the tracks are still on the service?

These are from Qobuz, and are listed in the DB as being in the Qobuz location.

I did not Download them myself to ROCK, they just appeared which is why I was trying to delete them.

Many are single songs. I have tried to delete them but they are not found on Roon, they are listed in Qobuz storage section.

However, since I did not download them they are not found and the DB is not getting updated.

You may have been hit by a Qobuz issue that manifested itself a few weeks ago for some users.

Try logging out from the Qobuz service in Roon, reboot your ROCK/NUC and then sign in again to the Qobuz service.

The main thread on this issue is here:

I was hoping that would work. but no success. It is unchanged.

OK, so let’s wait to see what the support team can suggest…

Hello @Dave_Kuttler ,

If you navigate to Roon Settings → Library → Clean Up Library, do you notice a few entries listed there? If so, please create a Backup of your Roon database, connect all your active storage locations you typically use with Roon and try to run the cleanup library and let us know if this helps. Thanks!

Thank you, Nothing was listed, but I did the clean up and that fixed it. Then I could delete the other Qobuz tracks I needed to without issue
