Description Of Issue
My database will not load, I can’t move from that screen.
If you backed up Roon’s library using Roon backup, then you could try to restore it using Roon’s restore.
OTOH, this could be a serious problem that @support will advise on.
Can you please share a copy of your Roon logs by using these instructions? The best way to get them over to me would be via Dropbox / Google Drive but if you don’t have either service just let me know and I can provide alternate upload instructions.
